The property is located between Poblado and Envigado, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, stores and entertainment areas. It has easy access to transportation, close to main roads such as Avenida el Poblado, approx. 15 minutes walk from the Metro Ayurá station and by car 12 minutes from the local airport Olaya Herrera and 37 minutes from the international airport José María Córdova.
One level property with elevated ramp access, few stairs and independent entrance.
In case you need to use a hair dryer, blender or the laundry area during your stay, you can coordinate the service in advance by requesting it to the cleaning lady, the laundry area is common and is located on the first level, on the outside left of the property. You must bring your own detergent.
We provide 1 courtesy of oil, salt and pepper.
Every 8 days our cleaning staff performs a general cleaning.
